Home includes 2 Tvs (1 with cable/apple TV & 1smart Tv), phone and internet; washer and dryer (new). Water softener and brand new on-demand water heater.Perfect for 6 guests. It is important to note that while the house could sleep up to 8 (if also using the sunroom pull-
