Take a short, straight-line walk along paved sidewalks to beautiful Bayview Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. The beaches have parking with a short 2 min drive or a 10 min walk from the cottage.The private front yard is so spacious with a great little table to sit outside, grill and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There is plenty to do nearby in Old Orchard, Portland, and Biddeford.The cottage guest house is on a half acre of property and the main house is on the other half acre of property so it has its own beautiful space. We have 2 reserved parking spaces for the cottage. One bedroom has an RV queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. One full bathroom. The kitchen is small like a kitchenette, but functional. It has a small refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware.
