Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.Owl's Roost is a brand new, one level, log cabin with all the modern conveniences but with a cozy, rustic feel. Very privately situated in the Coosawattee River Resort, this cabin
