Sleeps 2 very comfortably as there is a separate bedroom with a Queen Bed. Living Room has a 7' leather sofa however it does not pull out. TV has access to streaming services via WiFi. The Bath has a shower only, there is also a Full Kitchen (no dishwasher) and a stackable laundry unit in the Guest House. No smoking or Pets are allowed on the premises. The Owners live on the property full time, in the main house, however you will have a private gated backyard with side entrance. There are (2) gates, one on the side of the main house, off Buck Avenue, and a second in the backyard for your use. This is a great space to use as a home base if you are in town to see family, go wine tasting in Napa, or for work, as it is very convenient to restaurants, bars, or just a nice walk around the neighborhoo
