It is on property with a three-quarter-acre private pond and the Cole Cabin; it shares an L-shaped driveway with the Cole Cabin (also listed on VRBO).The Cole House is half of a rambling two-family dwelling. The other half has its own entrance and driveway and is used by the owners when they are around. It is not available for rental. During the warmer months, when the owners are around, they stay up the road in another house.Layout:Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a split bath.
