Sits right on waterfront in a quiet cove. Daily activities including, but not limited to, are fishing, swimming, relaxing, and the option of grilling all wrapped into one package. Our three bay dock has plenty of room for your watercraft if needed! Plenty of parking area for truck and trailer/boat trailer. Cottage sits back off of the road, and there's even room for some outdoor games. Great location for anglers, as the public ramp is just a couple of properties over. Some additional amenities are: Shangri-La Golf Course is VERY close, local marinas, restaurants, bait shops, convenience stores, and even a Dollar General for those forgotten items. If you are in the mood, Cherokee Casino is about 12 minutes. Don't forget the sunscreen, sunglasses and beach towel!! The options are only limited to the imagination or willingness to go explore
