With five large swimming pools (the one nearest us is heated in cooler weather), 5 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, golf, and lots of meandering roads for walking and bike riding. And then there are the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast!Seascape has several restaurants and entertainment venues all within the resort, you can even walk to dinner! Saturday is the check in and check out day. This condo is perfect for families with children. I DO NOT RENT TO THOSE UNDER 25 UNLESS IN A FAMILY GROUP. My 3 bedroom condo has 2 king size beds and a set of twin beds plus a sofa sleeper. Plenty of room for everyone!
