We are Caroline & Emmanuel, French-American, former city dwellers (NYC, SF), and fell in love with the area when we bought our house mid-2022 to start a family (still working on it!). We’ve had our adorable little cottage up for rent for less than a year, after lovingly renovating it (down to studs!) for 14+ months.
