Klaver Cottage just off MO, KS, & OK’s Route 66 What started as a pool house and functional space for the overnight guests of Clay has become the small business venture of business partners Clay and Lisa. Klaver Cottage is a studio-style space for travelers to rent located just outside of Joplin, Missouri. While Clay enjoys utilizing this space for travelers who are coming to the area for various reasons, Klaver Cottage is unavailable to rent for parties or miscellaneous reasons for locals to gather. He appreciates your understanding. At Klaver Cottage you will find a king size bed and convertible sofa in a studio space conntected to the fully equipped kitchenette and bar area with a large flat screen TV. The spacious bathroom includes a 48” shower. During the summer months guests have access to the pool and outside space.We are so glad you found our cottage. Please park in the west side (right side )of our driveway. If there is a vehicle in the drive way it is fine to park behind it.
