Cozy Casita in historic Houston Heights Our Casita is located in Historic Houston Heights, 5 minutes NW of downtown with easy access to Houston hot spots—the Galleria, Hermann Park, the Zoo, Museums, the Medical Center, Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium and the Toyota Center. The Heights is Houston's oldest planned community (circa 1890). Residents once flocked to the area to escape the big city, but today it’s home to diverse Houstonians that are drawn to its rich architecture, quaint boutiques, antique havens, numerous restaurants, hike and bike trails, & lots of green space.The Casita is a separate structure behind our home. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of on street parking. There is a queen size bed, full bathroom with tub/shower and small kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and undercounter refrigerator. THERE IS NO STOVE OR OVEN.
