Floatable toys and a kayak make it easy to enjoy the lake which is wadeable for almost 200 yards from a new dock with chairs to relax in. Boats are easily rentable and the closest boat launch is less than a mile from the house. April through June are great fishing months with the fishing action slowing down towards the end of July and staying slow the rest of the summer. Tubing and skiing are very enjoyable during this time and an old set of skis and an inflatable tube are available to use if you decide to rent a boat. A fire pit with plenty of outdoor chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 makes it the perfect spot to eat dinner then make smores and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
