It is joined with conservation land and views of New Hampshire hills. The first floor offers a large living room with a propane heat stove large windows that adjoin the seating area for six. There is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the amenities you would need in a kitchen. There is also a new and very clean full bathroom on the first floor. The rugs are light and we do ask our guests to respectfully take their shoes off in the house to keep everything clean.
