This property is a duplex cottage located just off of Rt. 1 near the Lobster Pound restaurant. Footbridge Beach is a 1/2 mile walk, and the Center of town is 3/4 of a mile. Additionally there is a Trolley Stop right near our house that makes it easy to get to the beach or anywhere around town.After a nice day at the beach, come home to relax in the private wooded back yard with lots of shade under the pine trees. There is a propane fireplace & BBQ grill for guests enjoyment. Central-Air conditioning & Heat to keep you comfortable in any season. There are 2 studio units with open floor plan. This rental is for 1 unit, but if you're traveling with friends and would like to rent both, please contact me about availability.
