It is the perfect location for fisherman(public boat ramp on Mississippi river 20 minutes away), snowmobilers (trail runs through property), families, or a small group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The house is an open concept with 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and a TV. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The house has new appliances and central air conditioning.. Linens and towels are provided. There is also a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for guest use. The house contains a large sectional sofa and room for air mattresses for additional sleeping. There are approximately 2 miles of mowed walking trails and a fire pit for your enjoyment.
