Less than three miles from the Craggy Mountains, Migration Station is the perfect setting for outdoor enthusiasts. For music lovers it's a short trip to Asheville, famous for its live music and culture. For conference attendees, the house is located about two miles from Montreat or from Camp Rockmont, home of the LEAF festival, and is only 10 minutes from Warren Wilson College. Five min drive from downtown Black Mountain for lunch and a visit to the many lovely shops in bustling downtown. The cottage is located on 2 acres and shares a driveway with the owners' house.Downstairs, Migration Station boasts a fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor patio and bar area, bathroom with a spacious shower and heated floor tiles, and a washer/dryer. Bedroom with a queen located upstairs, with a bonus room attached for game
