This house is perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac with ocean views, sounds and all the rest of your senses fulfilled. Hatteras island is one of the best places for star gazing. Guests have raved about relaxing and creating memorable vacations here!! HOUSE RULES:Booking guest must be 25 and one of the check in guest.- No Parties- 4 Vehicle Max on driveway only (no RV's/trailers or parking on grass)- Absolutely no fires inside or out (including candles) No bbq grills on decks, near house or pool area.- Pool and hot tub to be used at your own risk.- No glass in the pool or hot tub area.If you break our no smoking or bring more guests than stated
