It is a Historic landmark, located on the banks of the Delaware River. Located right in town, so you can walk anywhere in New Hope, or cross the bridge and you're in Lambertville, NJ.The house has all the charm of the 1700's, but has been updated for your enjoyment. There are fireplaces in both bedrooms, as well as the family room and living room. At this time, the fireplaces cannot be used, they are not working. The house is a perfect "get away" for a long weekend or vacation lasting weeks. The house works well for four people, but you can put a child on the sofa bed in the family room.Since the house is located right in the middle of town, there can be noise from the businesses on the block at night.
