This area of the Point is called Mud Cove where low tide provides an immense sandbar for shelling and high tide provides outstanding fishing. The Cottage contains a great room which includes the kitchen, living room and dining area with three sliding glass doors providing panoramic ocean views. Step through the doors to a screen porch to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your porch swing. The screen porch and master bedroom open on to the deck for sunbathing with a back stairway down to the enclosed hot water outdoor shower.
