Comfortable, one of a kind, hand-built log cabin on 10 acres in the North Woods. Amenities include wrap around deck, electricity, hot water, kitchenette with cooking, refrigerator/freezer, private outdoor hot water shower, heater and Wi-Fi.. We rent a clean, private and accessible porta-pottie. The cabin is part of our family homestead, there are other occupied dwellings on the property - all have space and privacy. The cabin is directly behind the main house. Close to Lake Michigan, Crystal Lake, the Platte and Betsie Rivers, Crystal Mountain, the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Empire, Frankfort and Traverse City. Not kid friendly or handicapped accessible. Maximum two well behaved leashed dogs and they are not to be left unattended inside or out. There is a tie out on the fence by the cabin. Available May - October.
