We are located on a West Ocean City canal with access to Assawoman Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Fish, crab and swim from our new dock, bring a kayak or paddleboard to explore the back bays or tie up your boat after gathering clams or flounder for supper. Stick your toes in the sand of your own small beach. Relax in a quiet waterfront community within minutes of everything the OC area has to offer without the hassle of the island madness. We welcome up to 6 guests, including children. WE DO NOT ALLOW smoking anywhere on the property, overnight guests who are not listed on the rental agreement, loud parties or disruption to the tranquility of the neighborhood. We are open from April 15th through Oct. 15th. Only 15 minutes to Assateague Island, the best of both vacation worlds.
