This adorable farmhouse has all new amenities: kitchen, 2.5 baths, laundry room, carpet & plank flooring, paint, appliances, etc. Even though the home has been updated, we maintained most of the original farmhouse charm and the cozy cottage feel. This home is near the end of a cul-de-sac road and sits atop a hill with beautiful views of Little Bass Lake. There is no public access or launch to the lake so it stays pretty quiet. There are 3 kayaks as well as a paddle board available for use. The large stone fire-pit that overlooks the water is perfect for bonfires and roasting marshmallows!
