This charming early 1900’s carriage house is 250 yards from the beach, marinas, dock & a park! It has hardwood floors throughout and is about 1200 sq ft. It also has it's own backyard. The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single kayak and a double kayak available for free!There are two parking spaces available in the drivewayYou have your own private backyard... and the entire house is yours! There are ski resorts approximately 30 minutes away!!There will be an additional $150.00 fee added for all pets. Please contact before booking with a pet for approval if pet is over 40 pounds.
