It is set on a quiet road with a train track nearby. it is a great and beautiful area for your morning walk or jog! There is great parking and more available for a boat in the back of the property (just make arrangements with the owner prior to make sure you are not blocking others.) We are 15 minutes from both Geismar and Baton Rouge. We are 5 minutes from Blue Bayou Water Park.
