There is 3 night minimum for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years eve.***PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY*** Depending on your needs, you may choose 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper 2 levels for up to 8 guests, or 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (including the recently finished lower level) for up to 10 guests (an extra guest will apply - $160/night + 11% tax). An extra $65 cleaning fee will be requested separately after the reservation is made as the web site does not support this.Any size group (10 maximum) may reserve the lower level but the extra guest/cleaning fee will apply.
