Partial ocean view & beach across the street! 1.5 baths; memory foam bed & futon This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor and across the street from the Sandfiddler Public Access. Easy walk ( < 1 min) and the pool is just behind the building (April thru Oct) Freeman Park, Carolina Beach Pier & tiki bar are only 2 blocks away. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration allows for up 4 people to share this space comfortably. Ideal for couples, small families and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w roku. Linens, towels and paper products provided. We have owned our little gem since 1995 and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No pets, parties or smoking please!
