Cozy, Coastal Cottage in Art District Our guesthouse is a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants, a family-friendly brewery, an Irish pub, ice cream and pie shop, public library, playground, and a large public dock. We are about a 5 minute drive to the closest beach. You have your own access road, as well as your own driveway. We live on the property so we are always close if you need anything, but we do respect privacy, and we often times don’t even see our guests.
