We are located 1.5 miles from the edge of Custer State Park. My husband and I have a house nearby and another rental called The Little Red Inn, along with Grandpa’s Place down Rocky Road. The Little Red Inn is 1.5 miles from this Brown House and Grandpa’s House is about 2.5 miles. We bought The Brown House and renovated it in 2020. We placed stone along the bottom and we completely repainted it inside and out in 2020. We removed a carport and put in a large firepit and outdoor area with pea gravel that flows into a garage converted into a gathering area. The yard is enclosed so young children can run.
