It started life as a one room school house. In 1857, it was moved to it's current location. Our design team meticulously furnished to create a unique historic atmosphere.Sure, we're biased. But this cottage has the best of both worlds: sunlit indoor rooms, meticulously restored and furnished to embrace its history as a school house, plus outdoor space for entertaining, reading, or just lying around. There are great views of the Mystic River. The cottage, a restored, historic school house, also has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. There is WI-FI, TV with Amazon Plus so you can stream your favorite movies and shows. The family and dining areas are spacious and cozy.
