SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have 3 total bedrooms. 5 Queen beds in total, 2 are part of a bunk bed and 1 a pull out couch. There is also a large pack-n-play in the closet for babies to sleep in as well. The bedrooms all have room darkening shades too."FAMILY FUN SHED" is our attached garage that has bikes (kids and adult), kayaks, helmets, life jackets, football, frisbees, bag toss, beach stuff, wagon, and much more. Pack less in the car and use these amenities instead!You have your own private sand beach. Keep in mind, based on tide of the water, sands beach may bay nonexistent to very large. Typically, the beach is large, but cannot guarantee that because of nature. Waterfront area has medium sized rocks to protect the shoreline, use caution when going to the water as needed. Staircase is provided for easier water access.4 seasons room: Avoid all the bugs and watch the waves roll by and relax inside in the 4 seasons room.
