There is no overflow parking.The first level of this home features a luminous and open common area that includes a dining room with seating for 10, and an additional 5 seats at the breakfast bar.  The spacious and beautiful chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you’ll need for cooking and dining.  This first level also has a Master King Bedroom with private bath, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.  The back patio includes a gas grill and an outside shower, and the front porch sitting area will have
