Newly updated, the house is bright and spacious, with a large open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom features 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features one queen bed, a large closet and a TV. Guests of this room access a separate full hall bathroom. The entire living space is on the 2nd floor - enjoy the evening breeze on the balcony! While this is a single family home, there is a guest quarters located on the lower level on the back of the carport. There is, at times, a long term tenant in that unit.
