It has a sunny full eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile floors. Hardwood floors in the main living area, along with a full bath and laundry facilities . There are 13 steps up to the 2nd level which hosts 2 lovely bedrooms and a 1/2 bath in between. New portable a/c units are in each bedroom. There are air filtration units that cleanse and purifies each level of the cottage - keeping the air crisp, cool and clean. ( same technology used on the space station) To access the lower level rec area, and side bedroom, one enters through the door under the archway from the main level.
