It is only 15 minutes from Hickory or Lenoir. Blowing rock is only 45 minutes away. Beautiful day ride to see the parkway. There are also local venues, restaurants, wineries and breweries nearby. The cabin is surrounded by nature. All you have to do is sit out on the porch and listen to the peaceful sounds. Kitchen has most items you will need to cook or reheat any meals.Wi-Fi/ Internet is now available!!! Another new item is an outdoor fire pit. You may bring your own firewood or we can provide you with a bundle for a small charge. The loft has two twin beds. Please be careful as the steps are steep. Small children will need help going up and down the stairs. I do not have any child proofing in the cabin. This is a great place to unplug and unwind.
