With equal space for indoor and outdoor living, its bright and comfortable and perfect for entertaining a few guests or just sitting by the outdoor fireplace enjoying a hot drink.Guest accessThe guest space is the top two floors of the main part of the house which offers seasonal midtown skyline views from the bedrooms. I occupy the downstairs separate apartment (mother-in-law suite) and run my business there during the day, so I'm available as a concierge for any needs or questions.Interaction with guestsI will certainly be available for questions and I may be off site
