The house sits on a corner lot in a very quiet family neighborhood . A great side yard for playing games or just relaxing. Narrow River is just steps away for kayaking or paddle boarding. There is a public boat ramp near by in addition to a small playground & basketball court, local favorite ice cream shop, Brickleys, pubs, restaurants and pizza places which is all within walking distance.
