Cozy Gourmet kitchen with breakfast counter and spacious dining room are equipped for large entertaining. In addition to the elegant primary suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a common area with a TV.The home is professionally staged. Our homes are professional cleaned before and after each guest leaves. We also go in to the home after each stay to repair any damage, touch-up paint, dry clean or replace any linens. Pool is heated by gas and is to be paid for by the tenant. There is a $500.00 fee per stay more than 7 nights and less than 28 days or $1000 per month for any stays longer than 28
