Our newly remodeled home is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and weekend farmers market in the Southland neighborhood. Walking distance to UK's main campus and Kroger Field. The Spot can also be used as a launching point to explore bourbon and horse country. Located on a quiet street, this 100 year old house was recently remodeled to include plumbing, lighting, and kitchen upgrades. The 2000 square ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 3 queen size beds all have Allswell “the Luxe” mattresses. The driveway fits 2 cars and there is street parking available. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook.
