Sleeps up to 6. 1 Queen bed in 1 bedroom, full over full bunk beds with twin trundle in 2nd bedroom, pull-out sleeper and couch in Great Room, 400 square foot deck off Great Room, 40 foot dock on the beautiful St. Lawrence. Great fishing! Picturesque views, close to Alexandria Bay/Clayton, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, tours. Great for family or the avid fisherman. Public boat launch and boat rentals only minutes away. Minimum nights Spring and Fall 3 nights Summer 7 nights. (Maximun of 6 people). No RV's. NO SMOKING INSIDE COTTAGE.
