It is family and dog friendly.Enjoy covered porch seating, outdoor grilling, yard games and a beautiful neighborhood to take walks. We welcome up to 2 dogs. We provide dog bowls, blanets and waste bags. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Absolutely no dogs are to be left outside of a crate while tenants are away. Absolutely no dogs on furniture. There will be a $75 charge for extra cleaning of linens and couches if evidence of hair and dirt is found. Dogs must be on a leash outside of the apartment.
