Only 15 minutes to closest beach!Roomy bedrooms and has a large sectional sofa that can act as an extra bed!A great and open floor plan with plenty of windows that flood the house with natural light. There is greenery to be seen from all of our windows - truly picturesque. There are 2 bodies of water very close by which make this area optimal for viewing unique birds and wildlife.Guests will have access to our entire home. We have a full kitchen with oven/stove/refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave as well as our front loading washer & dryer which are located in the garage. We will not be present during our guests' stay during the summer but we will have a trusted friend & neighbor who will assist with providing keys if needed however there is a state of the art keyless entry has been installed but we are only a phone cal
