The top floor has an open floor plan with a living room that's open to both the kitchen and dining area. You have access to the balcony where you can look over the canal and have your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour! From the top balcony you have an Aransas Bay view! Our kitchen should provide everything you need to prepare large family meals or just snacks for your day time adventures. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably with the option to sleep 12 on the pullout beds in the bunk bed room. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with comfy bedding and a full bath.
