With only two steps up to get in the front door, it's an ideal house for those who don't want to have to deal with stairs.I've been renting for 10+ years and have never charged a cleaning fee. Most 3-4-5 bedroom properties charge anywhere from $100-200 extra for cleaning, on top of the rental rates, VRBO fees, and taxes.
