Our place combines the charm and warmth of a traditional Vermont farmhouse with a modern sensibility for open space, natural light, and bold color accents. This house was purchased and lovingly restored by a group of three friends with a passion for design and the outdoors. In the original 19th century part of the house you find four cozy bedrooms and a sitting parlor. The kitchen and dining areas, newly rebuilt, are part of an open-concept space with lots of windows, a giant sliding glass door onto a large deck, and a high-end modern chef's kitchen.Kids especially love the quirkiness of the house, and the kids' room is connected to a bold red bridge above the kitchen where they can overlook the action.
