Central location good for visiting ballparks and other attractions in and around the Valley.The spaceThe home was built in the 1950s. High quality laminate flooring has been installed in all rooms of the house except the dining area which has tile. All appliances are modern and in working order. There are showers in each of the two bathrooms but no tub (except for the hot tub in the back yard). The large patio is made of adobe bricks imported from Mexico. A nice mesquite tree and an ol
