Located in Brigantine, New Jersey, United States. Townhouse Close to Beach This is the rear unit of a duplex that used to be my personal unit. It is about 11 houses (1.5 blocks) to the beach. Our beach has a lifeguard hut and therefore we have a life guard all season. I include 4 beach tags with the listing. The unit has three full baths and an outdoor shower. There is a large deck off of main living space and a small grass yard and propane grill. I provide basic house linens for the beds, towels and kitchen (no beach towels). The house is stocked with kitchen supplies (dishes, pots etc.) and has a full size stove and frig. The coffee maker does both Kcups and a pot of ground coffee. We have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have 2 off street parking spaces for this unit. Brigantine requires the renters to be at least 25 years old and strictly enforces the noise ordinance (starting at 10 am - 8 am). Brigantine prohibits us from renting for parties such as bachelor parties.
