There’s only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with lots of perks! There’s a living room with a window AC. Separate entrance from the downstairs, off street parking and parking in back of house. There’s a small patio with a barbecue grill, fire pit and smoking area. Check out the perks for your 4 legged fur baby in the back yard. The plus of it all is that I live in the downstairs part in case my guest need anything!
