It is child friendly and has a large yard with a swing set and basketball hoop.The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to go. The only thing you will need to bring is the food. You will find: a stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, crock pot, and a fridge/freezer. Pots, pans, and utensils are provided as well. The living room has a window air conditioner and is furnished with bar stools and high-top table, two lazy boy chairs, pull out couch with a queen sized mattress, and a smart TV with DVD/VCR player as well as a stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes. The bunk bed room has a set of twin bunk beds with quality pillow top mattresses, some closet space to store any clothing or materials you may bring in, as well as a built-in dresser.
