NOTE: Home has beds to accommodate 10 people, but occupancy is limited to 6 per Boulder County.The dirt road to the home can be challenging, especially in winter. Please consider 4x4 or at least All Wheel Drive. When you first pull up to this home, you will notice its nothing like any of the other properties around! You will be able to park your car in the garage and head right into this beautiful home.  There is free wifi throughout the home.  When you first walk in from the garage you will be in the "mud room"
