It is two stories with a huge Main bedroom downstairs containing 2 king beds. Sleeps 12 in beds with 5 twin and 2 full size air mattress available. Plenty of room to sleep 20 of your family members for a reunion or gathering. Pool Heat $420/weekend up to 7 days. ($60/day after) Confirm 1 week or so in advance to verify the pool heat is on and paid for. *Available by request. Spa heat is included with reservation.Large upstairs patio with couch and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the stunning mountain views ! There is a mountain preserve with many hiking trails with incredible views to enjoy right beside the house. *Occasionally,bees come from the desert to the pool from time to time* After a hike when it is warm outside, the best way to cool off is to jump in the pool (heated for fee) and turn on the BBQ. (fyi- the pool fountain is not operational.)4
