Summer weekly rentals run from Saturday 3PM to following Saturday 11AM. The layout provides for the perfect setting for family reunions – providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages. (Get together but still have your space!!) $2,350/month for winter rental which run mid September thru May. May thru October rentals by the week or longer are available. Reduced pricing is available for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Each unit has kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Cable TV central AIR. 1000' walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, kids & grownup entertainment. The units each have yard areas with charcoal grills and outside furniture for your enjoyment. Use our pavilion with gas grill, table & chairs and a fire pit !
